Featuring the distinctive full-size black casing, the original PS2 brings the familiar PlayStation 2 experience to your retro gaming setup.

Whether you're revisiting childhood favourites, rediscovering your old game collection or experiencing the PlayStation 2 for the first time, the original PS2 is a fantastic way to enjoy one of gaming's most celebrated generations.

PlayStation 2 Game Compatibility

Enjoy an enormous library of original PlayStation 2 games, spanning everything from action and adventure to racing, sports, role-playing games and family favourites.

With thousands of titles released throughout its lifetime, the PlayStation 2 offers an incredible variety of gaming experiences.

Original PlayStation Compatibility

Go back even further with backwards compatibility for original PlayStation games, allowing you to enjoy supported PS1 titles alongside your PlayStation 2 collection.*

Original Full-Size Design

The original full-size PS2, often called the PS2 Fat, features the classic ribbed casing and a front-loading disc tray.

Its distinctive design makes it an excellent addition to any gaming setup, whether you're building a dedicated retro gaming collection or simply looking to revisit your favourite games.

DVD & CD Playback

The PlayStation 2 isn't just a gaming console. Its built-in optical drive also supports DVD Video and audio CD playback, allowing you to enjoy compatible movies and music alongside your games.

Original Sony DualShock 2 Controllers

Choose between our Console Only or Console + Official Sony DualShock 2 Controller packages.

Our controller bundles include genuine Sony DualShock 2 controllers, offering the familiar analogue controls, pressure-sensitive buttons and vibration feedback of the original PlayStation 2 gaming experience.

The Console Only package is ideal for customers who already own compatible PlayStation 2 controllers and simply need a replacement console.

Professionally Refurbished

Every console is put through our standard in-house refurbishment process, with its operation thoroughly inspected and tested by our technicians before being prepared for its new owner.

As specialists in gaming console refurbishment, we understand the importance of supplying reliable, properly tested hardware rather than simply reselling second-hand consoles.

Our refurbishment process prioritises functionality, reliability and the preservation of genuine original hardware wherever possible.

All items are covered by a 6-month return to base warranty in accordance with our terms & conditions.

Cosmetic Condition

Please be aware that these are original preowned consoles with many years of previous use.

As a result, consoles may show cosmetic signs of their previous life, including scratches, scuffs, marks and general wear to the casing. Cosmetic condition will vary between individual units.

Where cosmetic replacement parts are unavailable, we prioritise originality, functionality and a thorough refurbishment over replacing genuine components purely to improve appearance.

This cosmetic wear does not prevent the console from undergoing our usual testing and refurbishment process. You're buying a genuine Sony PlayStation 2 that's been professionally prepared for continued use.

Important Information
