Every console is put through our standard in-house refurbishment process, with its operation thoroughly inspected and tested by our technicians before being reset and prepared for its new owner.

Please be aware that these are original consoles approaching 20 years of age. Unlike newer systems, replacement cosmetic shells, trim and other exterior parts for these models are now extremely limited or simply no longer available.

As a result, consoles may show significant cosmetic signs of their previous life, including scratches, scuffs, marks and wear to the gloss casing and chrome-effect trim. Cosmetic condition will vary between individual units.

Where cosmetic replacement parts are unavailable, we prioritise originality, functionality and a thorough refurbishment over replacing genuine components purely to improve appearance.

This cosmetic wear does not prevent the console from undergoing our usual testing and refurbishment process. You're buying a genuine, original CECHC system that's been prepared for continued use - not a newly manufactured reproduction.

Backwards-compatible PS3 models are increasingly popular with enthusiasts for custom firmware, hardware modifications and specialist projects.

This console is supplied as a complete, professionally refurbished system for normal use in the configuration in which it is sold. Any subsequent hardware or software modification is undertaken at the owner's own risk.

Our warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by disassembly, modification, custom firmware or alterations made after purchase.
