Meaning of these Terms & Conditions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words will have the following meanings:
1. “Console Central UK” includes Digirealm Trading Limited and it’s group companies.
2. “Cookies” means small text files which our website places on your device(s) to store information about your shopping session and to identify your device.
3. “Customer” means a person or organisation that buys, sells or otherwise transacts with Console Central UK online or in person.
4. “Exchange” shall mean an act of giving one thing and receiving another in consideration to cash, kind or donation.
5. “Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration or at the time you become a member and/or any subsequent information that you provide after or before the registration.
6. “Product(s)” mean chattels real (moveable property) bought, sold or exchanged between a customer and Console Central UK, and also any products sent in to Console Central UK for credit/part exchange for which the transaction has not yet been completed.
7. “Product Description” means that part of the website where the description of the particular product is provided.
8. “User” means a person who uses or accesses this website and/or is a Customer.
9. “Users” means the users of the website collectively.
10. “Website” means the website located at consolecentral.co.uk and its subdomains and any subsequent URL which may replace it.
2. Information About Us.
2.1 ‘Console Central UK’ is a trading name of ‘Digirealm Trading Limited’, whose registered office is Unit 62, Sparkenhoe Business Centre, Southfield Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 1UB and is registered in England and Wales with company number 06277562. VAT number GB341117639

3. Use Of Console Central UK Website.
3.1 This website has been developed for use by members of the general public only and not by businesses, organisations, co-operatives or traders (whether sole, market or otherwise).
3.2 By placing an order through the website or via our telephone ordering facility, you are confirming to us that:
a) You are an individual consumer who is legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
b) You are at least 18 years of age or, if you are under 18 years, have the permission of your Parent(s) or Guardian(s) to transact with us as set out in these Terms & Conditions;
c) You are based in the UK or Channel Islands; and
d) You are accessing the website from the UK or Channel Islands.

3.4 You may only have one account per person. If you are found to have more than one account, we shall be entitled to immediately terminate your accounts and cancel any active orders and we may charge you a reasonable administration fee based on the costs incurred by us in doing so.
5. Product Warranty
5.1 6-Months Warranty: Console Central UK offers a 6 month warranty on all items.
5.2 Exceptions to the Warranty – This warranty does not cover the following:
a) Physical damage
b) Liquid damage
c) Any damage caused by rooting/jailbreaking a device or making adaptations to it’s software/hardware.
d) Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers and lens caps
e) Any items with single use codes/DLC (downloadable content) e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes.
5.3 Removable consumable parts – Consumable parts that degenerate over time but are not fixed e.g. batteries, bulbs will be covered for 30 days from purchase only.
5.4 Non-removable consumable parts – Sealed batteries will be covered for the duration of the warranty.
5.5 Console Central UK bears no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from any device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.
5.6 If the product sold by Console Central UK is found to be faulty or develops a fault within the first thirty days of sale Console Central UK will refund to the original value and original payment method or replace the goods in line with the consumer’s instruction. The customer will be responsible for the safe return (and the associated cost) of the item(s) to Console Central UK’s return address.
5.7 If the product sold by Console Central UK develops a fault after thirty days and within six months of sale, the defective product will be fully tested in house to verify the fault. The customer will be responsible for safe return (and the associated cost) of the item(s) to Console Central UK’s return address.
Console Central UK will repair or replace the product if the fault can be verified. If the presence of the alleged fault cannot be confirmed, it will be returned to the shipping address of the customer at the cost of the customer.
5.8 Irrespective of any repairs/replacement during the warranty period, Console Central UK’s warranty period is limited to six months from the date that the original order was placed.
5.9 All products sent to Console Central UK for warranty consideration or for return are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to Console Central UK confirming safe receipt of such products, the risk of loss and title for such product remains with the customer.
5.10 This warranty does not cover physical damage, damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, modification, firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than Console Central UK or an agent pre-approved by Console Central UK.
6. Returns Policy
6.1 Console Central UK will only accept returned products that are;
(a) Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the products.
(b) Returned complete, in it’s original condition, with any peripherals, accessories or ancillaries that were present when supplied to the customer.
6.2 All returned products will need to be subjected to testing and any alleged faults confirmed before any refund, repair or replacement can be actioned.
7. Unwanted Product Policy
7.1 Console Central UK recognises that from time to time, customers will desire to return products on the basis that they are unwanted.
7.2 Any returns under this policy must be pre-agreed with customer services at [email protected] and RMA (Return Material Authorisation) obtained.
7.3 The cost associated with safe return is to be covered by the returning customer.
7.4 The customer will be responsible for safe packaging of the item and responsible for the item until it has been safely received at Console Central UK.
7.3 As per the distance selling regulations, any unwanted orders placed online must be returned within 14 days. Console Central UK reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange for products returned outside this timescale if they are not faulty.
7.4 Returned items under this policy will need to comply with part 6.1 above.
7.5 Returned items under this policy will be subject to a 10% admin/restock fee or £4.99; whichever is greater.
7.6 Any funds returned to the customer under this policy will be via a gift voucher.
7.7 In order to prevent abuse of this policy, Console Central UK reserves the right to limit the number of returns accepted under this policy by us from a specific customer.
8. Description Of Products
All products sold are preowned/preloved unless specifically stated and all product descriptions and accompanying images are for display purposes only and do not represent the finished product.
8.1 Box contents may vary; additional downloadable content listed on a game box may not be included with a preowned product. Console Central UK cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our policies.
8.2 Images – Images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product design may vary from image to image.
8.3 Condition of products – Preowned and refurbished products will have signs of previous use. This could be minor damage/cosmetic wear, scratches, scrapes or wear and tear.
New products will be new and unused. Packaging may have been opened to check contents.
8.4 Console Central UK reserves the right to amend prices anytime at our discretion without prior notice.
9. Buying From Console Central UK
9.1 You hereby acknowledge your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant compatible accessories, suitable power step-downs, equipment, software, display devices and relevant machinery or otherwise needed to safely connect the products to power supplies, mains power, batteries and other devices.
9.2 For the purposes of maintaining appropriate demand and supply and ensure ‘natural’ price fluctuations and availability of stock for the benefit of all of our customers, Console Central UK reserves the right to limit the number of units of any particular item, sold to any individual customer, at any time.
You warrant that:
10.1 The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
10.2 You will update your account immediately to reflect any changes to your personal information.
10.3 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
10.4 You may have only one Console Central UK online account. If you hold more than the one account with Console Central, the most recently created account will be considered valid and pre-existing accounts will be suspended.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Console Central UK website or featuring on social media or other online mediums, in our place of business or featuring on any advertising, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Console Central UK or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Console Central UK and other marks indicated on Console Central UK’s website and/or business premises are trademarks of Console Central UK, or it’s subsidiaries, in the UK and other countries. Console Central UK and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names or trade dress of Console Central UK or its subsidiaries
12. Export Limitation
Certain products sold by Console Central UK may have been purchased from outside the United Kingdom under certain agreements that restrict or forbid subsequent re-exportation from the United Kingdom. The Customer will not export any product sold by Console Central UK without first obtaining all appropriate approval from the relevant authorities.
13. Limitation Of Liability
13.1 Whilst Console Central UK will reasonably endeavor to verify the accuracy of any information on the website or displayed in our online advertising, Console Central UK makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to it’s accuracy.
13.2 Console Central will not be liable, in contract, tort for:
a) Any economic losses
b) Any loss of goodwill or reputation
You agree to indemnify Console Central UK fully from any third party claims arising out of your negligence.

17. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
Whilst transacting with Console Central UK/Digirealm Trading Limited, you agree to be bound by the laws of England And Wales.

19. Age Restrictions
19.1 The Customer placing orders or making purchases, confirms that he/she is of the appropriate age to receive and view the specific certification of the title(s) of the product he/she has ordered/purchased.
19.2 Any Customer ordering or purchasing a Product for or on behalf of a third person shall need to ensure that the intended recipient of the order is the appropriate age to receive and view the specified certification of the title(s) he/she has ordered/purchased.
19.3 If you are under 13, you may use the website only with the involvement/supervision of a parent or guardian.
19.4 Console Central UK reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
20. Force Majeure
20.1 Console Central UK shall not be liable for any default due to any Act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or other event beyond the reasonable control of Console Central UK.
21.1 Delivery is deemed to take place when Console Central UK transfers the product either directly or via courier to the custody of the consumer.
21.2 Late delivery of Products does not entitle the customer to do any of the following:
a) Reject the Products
b) Cancel the order.
c) Withhold payment of any part of the Product contract price.

Console Central UK shall not be responsible for the contents of any third parties, provided to you by a link on the website or otherwise.
24. Contract Commencement
25. Buying from Console Central UK
25.1 Any order placed online will be considered as a binding contract, when, the order will be dispatched by Console Central UK unless it has been cancelled by either Console Central UK or the Customer.
25.2 Contract Cancellation: An order can be cancelled until the time it is picked/dispatched.
25.3 Order Delivery: Console Central UK is only able to deliver orders to the UK billing address registered with your bank/credit card or to the registered address of any payment method used for the transaction. Console Central UK is not liable for any missed/incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.
26.1 Payments on this website are made securely using Sagepay’s 128bit server (recently name-changed to ‘Opayo’). We do not process payments on-site. Information relating to the payment server can be found here.
27. Lost Items
27.1 Unless we specifically offer you the ability to insure your delivery, it is safe to assume that Console Central UK will ensure the value of your item is covered when selecting a courier or postal service to carry it.
27.2 Should there be an issue wherein you have not received your items, we expect that you will let us know no later than 36 hours of the expected delivery date so that our courier has a reasonable prospect of tracking the missing item and recovering it.
27.3 Should the item not be promptly recovered, the courier in question may wish to launch an investigation to determine that the item was not delivered (and a signature not obtained) or that the item was not left elsewhere or in a ‘safe space’ as designated by the recipient.
27.3 In the event that the recipient gave instructions for delivery that compromised the security of the item then the Customer will be liable for any losses as a result of that instruction.
27.4 The Customer agrees to comply with each and all requests from the courier as part of the investigation process. Failure to comply resulting in a claim for losses being denied will render the Customer liable for the loss.
27.5 The Customer will be required to wait for a replacement product to be shipped until the courier officially confirms the item as loss and confirms where liability exists. This is so that Console Central UK can claim for the lost item.
27.6 In most cases, it is reasonable to expect that Console Central UK will endeavour to have claims made and concluded within 14 days of items being considered lost.
28.1 As a business, Console Central UK will security mark the majority of it’s products to enable us to identify them if they are returned.
28.2 Any Customers returning different items or found to be tampering with items and attempting to abuse any returns process will be reported to the police and will be liable and pursued in a Civil capacity for any losses.
29. Repair Services
29.1 Console Central UK offer a variety of repair services for many gaming platforms.
29.2 We are proud to offer a ‘no fix no fee guarantee’ on our services.
29.3 This guarantee will apply only to machines presented for repair with the machine’s manufacturer seals intact on presentation.
29.4 Any machine presented for repair that is missing seals or which does not qualify for the No Fix No Fee Guarantee will attract a £24.99 inspection/survey charge even if the machine is deemed to be unrepairable.
29.5 Any machine successfully repaired that does not qualify for our No Fix No Fee Guarantee will not be covered by a warranty.
29.6 Whilst Console Central UK endeavour to mitigate costs for our customers, there will be times where one fault is repaired and another is discovered. In the event of such an occurence, we will speak with you to discuss your options, but the first repair will remain chargeable, as will subsequent repairs.
29.7 Console Central UK repair services are covered by a 3 month warranty.
29.8 Warranty cover will apply on a RTB (Return-To-Base) basis only and the Customer will be liable for the transport and associated cost of any items that are returned for warranty consideration.
29.9 Warranty cover will apply to the repaired fault only.
29.10 Warranty cover will not apply if the recurrence of a repaired fault is due to misuse, abuse, damage or use of the product in any way other than intended. It will also not cover any recurrence of a fault arising from jailbreak or any software/hardware modification.
29.11 Repaired machines will leave Console Central UK with manufacturer VOID seals or Custom warranty stickers/seals. In the event a machine is returned for warranty consideration and these seals are not intact, then the warranty will be void and any future repairs will attract a charge.
29.12 Any repaired machines not collected within a period of 3 months will be subject to lien and subsequent sale to recover our charges.
