Once the courier collects your parcel from our facility, you will start to receive communication via email and SMS of updates as it progresses through their network on its way to you.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. Please ensure the accuracy of your address before confirming the order.
