About the Role:

We are implementing a growth plan in 2025 and we’re seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Product Prep Team! As a Product Prep Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in restoring, cleaning, and preparing a variety of gaming console platforms and accessories for our customers. Your contributions will help ensure that our products meet the exceptionally high standards our customers have come to appreciate and expect.

What You’ll Do:

• Take delivery of and appraise and test incoming stock.
• Restore, clean, and prepare gaming consoles and accessories to our quality standards.
• Package and label products efficiently for dispatch.
• Catalog items on our system and assist in managing stock levels and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service.
• Process orders using shipping software and respond to customer enquiries via email, social media and livechat.
• Ensure that our facility is kept clean and runs efficiently.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday-Saturday: 9AM-5PM
• Flexible shifts available.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have availability for various shifts, Monday through Saturday.
• An interest in gaming is preferred but not essential.
• Basic tool skills or experience with general repairs is a plus.
• Be able to follow instructions and work on own initiative.
• Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all tasks.
• Meet quality and efficiency standards consistently.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and integrity.
